Fantastic zither music, recorded in South-West Madagascar between 1967 and 1969, issued at at lesser known french Ethnographical label. Focused on the maaru vaani, a specific variation of the zither played only by men, especially during possession seances, for their power of appealing. Beautiful music, recommended. (VG+/VG+)
