Gorgeous and contained music from the last days of the Duché de Bourgogne (the second half of the 15th Century). Very elegant versions of little-known pieces by Enselble Guillaume de Machaut. A really good album of French Renaissance music, to meditate on the vanity of life. Proper obscure music, so no clips on YouTube, but you'll find a few different versions of some of the pieces featured on this LP bellow (VG+ / VG ; gatefold suffered from humidity)
