Out there percussive LP which have kind of a post-rock vibe, recommended if you are into Tortoise, Slint as well as 80s free jazz LPs. A project of Mark Nauseef, American musician that has toured in the 1970s with The Velvet Underground (?!), played with Markus Stockhausen, Joëlle Léandre or Rabih Abou-Khalil and that has a background of being a specialist of Javanese and Balines gamelan as well as Ghana and India music. All tracks are good, super strong album ! (VG+/VG+)
