Idiosyncratic debut mini-LP by Scottish duo Boards of Canada on Warp (first issued as what now seems a ridiculously limited run of 100 copies their label Music70). The only official release featuring early BoC's third member Chris Horne (later known for his great solo project Christ.). Already sounding like pure Boards of Canada, showcasing their inimitable hauntological sound in a way that might even be more striking than on some of their major releases on Warp. Can't overstate how spellbinding this is, ridiculing a lot of trip hop releases of their time. (VG+/VG+)
